Job summary

Talent Map Global BPO, Inc. invites applications for a Junior Digital Workforce Agent (DWA) Developer in the Philippines. You will join the GCC engineering team, supporting U.S. enterprise clients by developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based microservices and AI-agent tools.

Under guidance of senior developers, you will use FastAPI, REST endpoints, and Azure deployment practices, write BDD tests with pytest, and contribute to documentation and platform maintenance in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a degree or equivalent technical experience and 1–2 years in software development.
• Foundational Python and HTTP/REST concepts are required.
• Experience with backend APIs, microservices, and Agile/Scrum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python APIs and agent features with FastAPI under senior guidance.
• Write unit, integration, and platform tests using pytest; create BDD scenarios.
• Maintain OpenAPI/Swagger references and developer deployment guides.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment using AI-assisted tooling.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
