You will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile behaviors, align practices with governance requirements, and drive improvement through audits and coaching insights.

Aufgaben

Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise Agile standards, practices, and playbooks
Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile behaviors, roles, and decision-making
Maintain structured Coaching Logs documenting coaching focus, observations, and agreed actions
Identify recurring capability gaps and systemic issues through coaching insights
Reduce long-term dependency by strengthening leadership ownership
Conduct Agile Health audits to assess adherence to standards, estimation discipline, and classification of work
Partner with Scrum Masters and Delivery teams to calibrate and embed Agile into enterprise rhythms
Establish and maintain delivery, flow, and outcome metrics; translate insights into improvements
Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and diagnose organizational impediments
