Job summary

The role focuses on establishing standard project management practices, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating resources and documentation. The ideal candidate will develop detailed project plans, manage resources, monitor progress, and ensure quality and risk management throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Ability to define project plans, resources and work packages.
• Stakeholder engagement and service/operational agreements development.
• Ability to monitor, control, and close projects or iterations.
• Experience coordinating resources, documentation, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a standard approach for project management.
• Start up and initiate projects and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop & maintain project plans, manage project resources/work packages.
• Monitor & control projects and manage project quality & risks.
• Close a project or iteration.
• Develop resource specifications, manuals, and training packages.
• Lead a functional team of project managers.
