Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Program/Project Management within Fintech, Banking, or Technology.
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee data transformation and ensure timely reporting of data with stakeholders.
Manage portfolio of strategic transformation projects with milestones, budgets, EBITDA impact.
Lead project kickoffs, defining scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria.
Facilitate cross-functional workstreams and track progress via standups and dashboards.
Identify blockers, conduct post-mortems, and provide monthly updates to Strategy & Transformation Head.
Enforce project management discipline with RACI matrices and risk registers.
