Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks an Agile Delivery Lead to drive enterprise-level Agile adoption and ensure high-value delivery across ISG teams. The role embeds Agile practices at scale, acting as a senior coach and delivery partner to enable fast, predictable outcomes.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, track progress with Agile metrics, and partner with leadership to reinforce Agile principles and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across multiple teams.

Qualifications

Lead or was part of a Portfolio level Agile transformation.
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least four years for software and non-software Agile team within a Scaled Agile setup.
Experience handling multiple Agile teams in various contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed).
Experience guiding Leadership, Scaled Agile roles for at least three years for software or non-software development team.
Experience in facilitating Agile Scaled Events.

Responsabilités

Drive enterprise-level Agile adoption and ensure consistent, high-value delivery across teams within ISG.
Lead Agile transformation initiatives, embed Agile practices at scale, and enable teams and leaders to deliver outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove systemic impediments, track delivery performance through Agile metrics, and continuously improve team maturity.
Partner closely with leadership and stakeholders to reinforce Agile principles, guide change, and build a collaborative, high-performing delivery culture across multiple Agile teams.
