Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the AR Billing Escalations Operations team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. You will manage escalations, perform detailed reconciliations, and provide required billing documentation to support collections activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in B2B Finance, Billing, AR, or Collections, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and excellent communication for partner coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B finance, billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AR/Billing tools and processes.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Escalations Mailbox and resolve complex B2B billing disputes and escalations.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and investigate billing issues to identify root causes.
• Provide billing documentation such as Invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), and Proof of Service to support collections activities.
• Review and validate accounts prior to third-party collection transfer, including required system updates and service cancellations.
• Coordinate with third-party collection agencies to validate payment disputes, account information, and documentation requirements.
• Handle reconciliation for large-scale National Accounts and other high-priority accounts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reducing recurring billing issues and improving AR processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of client concerns.
