Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks a Senior Accounts Payable Operations Manager to lead global AP activities and drive process improvements. You will guide AP teams, ensure timely and accurate payments, and partner with finance and business stakeholders to meet service expectations.

The role focuses on operational excellence, coaching, and governance within a shared-services environment, with exposure to enterprise-wide processes and high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in accounts payable or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for AP activities, including priorities and service levels.
• Coach and develop AP teams, manage onboarding and performance.
• Ensure accurate, timely AP processing with compliance to policies and controls.
• Identify process gaps, implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address risks and improve service delivery.
