Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or AP experience.

• Experience with QBO and/or Tipalti is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly AP processing for vendors and employees.
• Verify vendor bank details and register with bank platforms.
• Prepare and send payment notifications; handle tax withholding forms as needed.
• Ensure AP transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Assist with monthly AP reconciliations and year-end close.
• Collaborate with departments to improve AP processes and reporting.
