Qualifikationen

• At least four to five years of work experience in Accounts Payable.
• Knowledgeable in SAP purchasing, materials management, and reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable in Readsoft and ARIBA Network.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in multinational or shared service environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and process-improvement mindset.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet targets and SLAs.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional communication.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for AP invoice processes, including dropping, verification, and posting.
• Analyze and process complex invoices across regions within SLAs.
• Resolve escalated issues related to ARIBA network and AP Mailbox.
• Provide feedback and participate in process-improvement initiatives.
• Provide posting support across regions and coordinate with local sites.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of posting issues and provide resolutions.
• Act as Tier 3 support for S2P Helpdesk tickets related to invoicing.
• Lead and coordinate process-improvement projects with AP teams.
