Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Supervising Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations, review entries, and drive improvements in internal controls.

You will coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting in a hybrid work setting in Metro Manila. The role requires a strong background in Philippine accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and leadership to guide junior accountants toward timely, accurate reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy and CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Experience in a related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of PFRS, NIRC, BIR regulations and SEC Memorandum Circulars, PEZA regulations, and related standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps Script.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the review and posting of accounting entries prepared by team members.
• Assist in the preparation and review of Balance Sheet schedules and financial reports.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Conduct audits of records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely compliance with government reporting requirements and statutory obligations.
• Supervise and coordinate the accounting team; interface with other departments as needed.
• Report to the Accounting Manager; potential exposure to CFO and top management.
