Focus Global Inc. in the Philippines seeks a driven Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the team. You will review entries, manage AP processes, and drive improvements to internal controls.

The role includes coordinating with procurement and project teams, ensuring timely government reporting, and mentoring junior accountants. Hybrid work setup in Taguig supports collaboration and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required; CPA license is preferred.
• At least 5 years of related accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and related regs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee purchase and accounts payable transactions and approve vouchers.
• Supervise monthly billings and contracts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to resolve discrepancies in billing and vendor documents.
• Suggest and implement improvements to purchase-to-pay controls and processes.
• Oversee timely preparation of Balance Sheet schedules and financial reports and ensure data integrity.
