Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
• Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial integrity
• Review accounting records and transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and develop the accounting team to maintain high performance and accountability
• Provide coaching and support to accounting staff and supervisors to strengthen day-to-day operations

Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including cashiering and billing workflows
• Ensure accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently across the department

Qualifications
