Job summary

You will work with the Corporate Controller and cross‑functional teams on journal entries, vendor data, P2P processes, and procurement documentation in a hybrid setup at One Ayala.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years combined experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Solid procurement and purchasing background.
• Proven understanding of accounting principles as applied to procurement and contract-related activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process-improvement skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Flexibility to work in US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax PBC requests.
• Process P2P lifecycle activities and vendor communications.
• Maintain vendor master data and procurement records.
• Assist with contract administration and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement month-end close and NetSuite uploads.
