Anthro Group is seeking a reliable Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance functions across multiple store locations. The role emphasizes accurate financial records and efficient processes in a dynamic retail setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and able to work well within a team, with 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excel proficiency; QuickBooks or Xero experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Review daily sales reports from store locations for accuracy.
• Process supplier invoices and purchase orders with proper approvals.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review transactions for accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Duties And Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily sales reports from various store locations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process supplier invoices and purchase orders, confirming proper approvals and complete documentation for timely payment
• Conduct bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Organize and maintain accounting files, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance

• Full-time, on-site
• Monday to Saturday
