Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with Philippine regulations. You will lead month-end closings, supervise junior staff, and support management with financial analysis and reporting.

The role requires a CPA-advantaged background, 3–5 years of senior accounting experience, and strong Excel/accounting systems proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field required.
CPA license is an advantage.
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Lead month-end and year-end closings.
Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax filings.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Monitor cash flow; assist budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff.
