Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join its CAS team in a hybrid setup across Clark or Makati. You will manage weekly and monthly accounting tasks for diverse clients, perform reconciliations, payroll postings, asset accounting, and reporting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and proactive communication with US project managers. Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree, a CPA is advantageous, and have 3+ years in BPO with familiarity in Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, QBO,

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in accounting and CPA credentials are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in the BPO industry with finance/accounting exposure.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Restaurant365, QBO, BILL, Factura.ai, and MS apps.
• Prefer candidates with Restaurant, Franchise, and Hospitality client experience.
• Strong communication, project leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle weekly and monthly accounting tasks for assigned clients.
• Pull and verify reports from various sources and adjust journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and record payroll and tax entries.
• Manage fixed assets, cash projections, and transmittals timelines.
• Lead process improvements and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with US project managers and maintain client relationships.
