Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance/business.
• Strong background in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 5+ years in software implementation, consulting, or customer-facing delivery with lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor implementation consultants on accounting-focused client work.
• Oversee workload, backlog, SLAs, timelines, productivity, and quality controls.
• Provide SME guidance on Financial Accounting, month-end processes, reconciliations, AP/vendor workflows.
