Job summary

TTC GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to manage advanced accounting tasks, ensure accuracy of financial records, support monthly and yearly close, and prepare financial reports.

The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine accounting principles, BIR compliance, and experience with ERP systems. You will work across entities, perform reconciliations, and provide analytical insights to Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of BIR requirements and taxation.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and basic financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong account reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, distribution, real estate, or multi-company environment is an advantage.
• Experience handling multiple entities or branches is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced accounting functions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules.
• Assist Management in maintaining effective financial controls.
• Independently handle complex accounting transactions.
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Provide reliable accounting information to Management and the Accounting Manager.
