Job summary

Enigma Corporation in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accounting support professional. You will handle complex accounting tasks, support customers, and optimize cloud accounting configurations from Shaw, Mandaluyong.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and a valid QBO ProAdvisor certification with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Night-shift flexibility and onsite work are required."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and active QBO ProAdvisor certification.
• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting support experience in the Philippines.
• Experience with customer service and sales is a plus.
• Available to start December 1, 2026; onsite Shaw, Mandaluyong; night shift may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized support for complex accounting scenarios, technical bookkeeping, and customer inquiries.
• Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and optimizing their cloud accounting software configurations.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards in every interaction.

• Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• Required: Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor Certification (Xero certification is a plus).
• Work Experience:
• At least 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping or accounting support experience in the Philippines.
• Experience in combined Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus
• Strong technical acumen in financial accounting principles and cloud accounting platforms.
• Must be available to start on December 1, 2026
• Flexibility: Work arrangement options are negotiable and can be discussed.
• Schedule: Open to night shift work.
• Location: Onsite at Shaw, Mandaluyong.
