Job summary
Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support complex accounting inquiries and end-to-end financial workflows in the Financial Software & Cloud Accounting industry. You will handle technical bookkeeping and guide clients using QuickBooks Online.
The role requires a CPA/degree in accounting, ProAdvisor certification, and 3+ years of Philippines bookkeeping experience, plus 2+ years in customer service and sales. Start date is December 1, 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification (Xero a plus).
- 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping/accounting support in the Philippines.
- 2+ years combined customer service and sales experience.
- Strong cloud accounting platform knowledge.
- Available to start on December 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized support for complex accounting scenarios and customer inquiries.
- Provide guidance on financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Troubleshoot and optimize cloud accounting software configurations for clients.
- Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in interactions.
