Concentrix is seeking a Senior Accountant certified in QuickBooks Online to provide specialized end-to-end accounting support for complex inquiries. The role covers technical bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cloud accounting configurations for business clients.

Onsite at Shaw, Mandaluyong, Philippines, with open night-shift options. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance and a QBO ProAdvisor certification with at least 3 years of experience in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Active QBO ProAdvisor Certification
• 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping or accounting support experience in the Philippines
• Experience in combined Customer Service and Sales is a plus
• Strong technical acumen in cloud accounting platforms
• Available to start on December 1, 2026
• Negotiable work arrangement and night shift availability
• Onsite location at Shaw, Mandaluyong, Philippines

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized support for complex accounting scenarios and customer inquiries
• Provide expert guidance on financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud accounting software configurations
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction
