Concentrix is seeking a Senior Accountant certified in QuickBooks Online to provide specialized end-to-end accounting support for complex inquiries. The role covers technical bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cloud accounting configurations for business clients.

Onsite at Shaw, Mandaluyong, Philippines, with open night-shift options. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance and a QBO ProAdvisor certification with at least 3 years of experience in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Active QBO ProAdvisor Certification
• 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping or accounting support experience in the Philippines
• Experience in combined Customer Service and Sales is a plus
• Strong technical acumen in cloud accounting platforms
• Available to start on December 1, 2026
• Negotiable work arrangement and night shift availability

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to provide specialized support for complex accounting inquiries and end-to-end financial workflows in the Financial Software & Cloud Accounting Industry. In this role, you will handle complex accounting scenarios, resolve escalated customer inquiries, and provide specialized technical guidance to business clients using QuickBooks Online.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• Required: Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor Certification (Xero certification is a plus).
• Work Experience: At least 3+ years of specialized bookkeeping or accounting support experience in the Philippines.
• Experience in combined Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus.
• Strong technical acumen in financial accounting principles and cloud accounting platforms.
• Must be available to start on December 1, 2026.
• Flexibility: Work arrangement options are negotiable and can be discussed.
• Schedule: Open to night shift work.
• Location: Onsite at Shaw, Mandaluyong.
