Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines (Laguna/Cabuyao) seeks an experienced Accountant to support our Finance team with accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements. The role requires 5+ years in finance, IFRS knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

You will perform month-end close, prepare statutory reports, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, timely financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency with financial systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Prepare statutory reports in line with local regulations.
• Support accounting operations and other finance activities.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to finance transformation.
