Job summary

eFlexervices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong leadership to own the end-to-end General Ledger lifecycle and drive accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

This hands-on role blends accounting operations with functional leadership, enabling a path into formal management as the finance function grows. You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and robust reporting for KPI and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of private-sector corporate accounting experience.
• Proven leadership background (Team Lead/Supervisor/POC) with hands-on work.
• Experience with US GAAP and end-to-end GL processes; ability to work independently.
• Experience with US client engagements and offshoring is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end General Ledger lifecycle and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, and payroll-related entries.
• Coordinate balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset depreciation schedules.
• Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet, investigate variances, and report insights.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Payroll teams and support external audit readiness.
