Job summary

eFlexervices is seeking a Senior Accountant with proven leadership experience to own the end-to-end General Ledger lifecycle and perform hands-on accounting operations for a US client portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years private-sector corporate accounting experience.
• Leadership background (Team Lead / Supervisor / POC) required.
• Willing to perform hands-on transactional work and book clean-up.
• Direct US client exposure is required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle month-end, quarterly, and annual close; integrate sub-ledgers into GL.
• Prepare and record month-end journals, including payroll and accruals.
• Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations; coordinate fixed asset depreciation schedules.
• Perform monthly P&L and balance sheet analysis; investigate variances.
• Produce financial analyses and department KPI/budget commentary.
• Lead end-to-end GL lifecycle as the financial lead; interact with auditors when needed.
