MicroSourcing is seeking a General Ledger Lead to ensure accurate financial reporting by managing general ledger activities and leading the AP/GL team. The role emphasizes strong internal controls and timely month-end close, with opportunities to drive process enhancements and reporting improvements.

You will supervise the AP/GL team, review transactions, and prepare comprehensive reports and analyses for Finance, Tax, and cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in AP/GL tasks.
• Strong adherence to internal controls and policy compliance.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to improve reporting accuracy and drive process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee AP operations and reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL.
• Review invoice coding, 3-way matching, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AP reports, dashboards, KPIs, aging, cash forecasts, and payment schedules.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile GL accounts including fixed assets and accruals.
• Monitor GL activity for policy adherence and controls.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and analyses.
