Job summary

Gulliver Integrated Outsourcing Inc. (GIOI) seeks a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accuracy in the books, and support month-end close.

You will maintain the general ledger, prepare reconciliations, and assist with compliance and tax filings while collaborating with a multicultural team in Metro Manila. A Bachelor's in Accounting and 4+ years of accounting experience are required; CPA is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with accounting systems and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: perform close processes and prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and statements.
• General Ledger Management: maintain and reconcile the GL, investigate variances.
• Compliance & Tax: ensure compliance with government agencies.
• Process Improvement: evaluate workflows and implement controls and automation.
• Financial Analysis: variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting as needed.
