Job summary

Manatal is seeking an experienced Accountant in the Philippines to manage full accounting cycles, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close. You will prepare journal entries, balance sheets, and variance analyses while supporting audit readiness and compliance with company policies.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, ERP experience (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle/NetSuite), and strong Microsoft Excel skills. CPA preferred but not mandatory; multinational exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational/shared services/BPO environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle/NetSuite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries including accruals and intercompany adjustments.
• Close monthly and perform year-end close activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure controls and compliance.
