Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking Accountants (AP | AR | Audit | FP&A | RTR) for a full-time, on-site role. The team handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and FP&A activities, offering growth in a dynamic finance environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of accounting experience, a degree in accounting or finance, and proficiency in Excel or ERP systems. CPA is an advantage but not required. Strong accuracy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, or FP&A)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payment requests
• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions
• Prepare and issue customer invoices
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Record incoming payments and maintain AR records
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assist in financial closing processes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
• Analyze financial performance and trends
