OSW Group is hiring a Senior Accountant / Credit Controller in the Philippines. You will manage books, stock, customer credit, and tax filings in line with Philippine rules, collaborating with the group finance team and local operations.

You will handle inventory and credit control, supplier and customer accounting and ensure compliance with BIR regulations. This role requires a growth mindset and independence in a remote group setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting or Finance.
• Proven accounting experience with emphasis on Philippines taxation and BIR filings.
• Experience in inventory and import accounting: landed costs, duties and VAT.

Responsabilités

• Handle inventory accounting: stock counts, costing, landed cost and provisions.
• Reconcile warehouse stock records to the ledger monthly.
• Report gross margin by product, customer and channel.
• Assess credit applications from installers, dealers and resellers; set terms and limits.
• Review aged debtors and manage collections to lower DSO.
• Manage write-offs, bad debt provisions and payment plans; support tax deductions.
