Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to handle complex accounting inquiries and end-to-end financial workflows within the Financial Software & Cloud Accounting industry. You will support clients using QuickBooks Online and provide specialized guidance.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting and 2+ years in customer service and sales, based in Cebu. The position offers a sign-on bonus, competitive salary, HMO coverage, and career growth at One Montage, Cebu Business Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or related field.
• Active QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification (Xero a plus).
• 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting support experience in the Philippines.
• 2+ years combined customer service and sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized support for complex accounting scenarios and inquiries.
• Advise on financial reporting, reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Help clients troubleshoot and optimize cloud accounting configurations.
• Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
