Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Sr. Staff Accountant: 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Staff Accountant: At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process large and complex journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet, general ledger, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Handle P&L analysis and variance analysis reporting.
• Manage contra asset accounts and financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliation activities (including heavy reconciliation for corporate accounting roles).
• Process prepayments, intercompany transactions, and manual accounting entries.
• Support financial reporting and data validation tasks.
• Assist in accounting documentation and compliance requirements.
• Support accounting data analysis and reporting using financial systems.

• Experience in manual data entries and financial processing
