Job summary

VML, part of WPP, in the Philippines, seeks a Senior Account Manager to supervise strategic direction for accounts, identify marketing channels, and lead marketing and communication plans. The role requires 4+ years in advertising with 2+ years in account management, plus strong communication, leadership, and analytics.

We operate a hybrid model with four in-office days weekly and support career development across teams.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of advertising experience with at least 2 years in account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong qualitative & quantitative analysis.
• Good leadership skills and ability to collaborate in teams.
• Knowledge of agency functions including production, media, research and database management.
• Strong analytics background with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing outputs.
