Job summary

Paperspace Asia is seeking an experienced Freelance 3D Visualizer to support our design team on a temporary project. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in workplace and office interior projects and is proficient in SketchUp and Enscape.

You will develop detailed 3D models, apply materials and lighting, translate briefs into compelling visualizations, and deliver high-quality renders on schedule while collaborating with designers and meeting project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D visualization for workplace/interior projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and Enscape for rendering.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and interior layouts.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and detailing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
• Portfolio of workplace projects and high-quality renders required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality, realistic renders using Enscape
• Translate design briefs, layout plans, drawings, and sketches into compelling workplace visualizations
• Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and finishes to reflect the design intent
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual outputs meet project requirements
• Refine models and renders based on feedback and design revisions
• Prepare presentation images and walkthroughs as required
• Deliver agreed outputs within project timelines

About you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D visualization, with demonstrated experience in workplace and office interior projects
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and Enscape for rendering
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, interior layouts, and design specifications
• Strong understanding of spatial proportions, materials, lighting, and detailing
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage revisions and meet agreed deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing relevant workplace projects and high-quality renders
