Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled 3D Renderer to produce detailed 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior design projects in Metro Manila.

The role involves creating models of structures, partitions, ceilings, floors, and furniture, and preparing digital materials per design inputs. You will coordinate with the Principal Architect and project designers to ensure timely, accurate deliverables across multiple ongoing projects, leveraging AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Certification in SketchUp, V-Ray, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably in architectural or interior design projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education (preferred):

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Certification in SketchUp, V-Ray, or Adobe Photoshop is a plus

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Renderer, preferably in architectural or interior design projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong visualization skills and understanding of technical drawings
• Good communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, creative, and willing to learn company standards
