Arquee Corp is seeking a Design Assistant – Renderer to join the Design Rendering Team in producing high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials for building projects.

Role involves creating 3D models, exterior/interior renderings, and post-processing to reflect design intent. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in SketchUp/AutoCAD and multiple renderers.

• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar applications.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-processing and image enhancement.
• Good understanding of perspective, composition, scale, materials, lighting, and visual presentation.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
• Able to interpret basic plans, sketches, and design instructions.
• Able to execute revisions accurately and work within deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite.

DESIGN ASSISTANT – RENDERER

Job Summary
We are looking for a Design Assistant – Renderer to support our Design Rendering Team in producing high-quality 3D models, perspectives, renderings, and presentation materials for various building projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and develop 3D models based on plans, sketches, and design concepts.

• Produce exterior and interior renderings and perspectives.

• Prepare and enhance visuals for design presentations and presentation boards.

• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and environmental elements.

• Revise models and renderings based on design comments and instructions.

• Assist in translating design concepts into clear and visually compelling presentations.

• Perform image enhancement and post-processing of rendered outputs.

• Assist in preparing graphic layouts and other visual presentation materials.

• Ensure renderings accurately reflect the approved design intent.

• Maintain organized files for models, textures, renderings, and project assets.

• Complete assigned outputs within established quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Graphics Technology, Architecture Technology, Multimedia Arts, Drafting Technology, Industrial Technology, or other related design courses.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient or knowledgeable in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
