Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a skilled 3D Visualization Specialist to develop retail modules, kiosks, and store layouts with strong attention to space planning and fabrication considerations.

You will produce detailed renders and presentations, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and coordinate with teams and suppliers to turn concepts into reality. A portfolio of retail projects and proficiency in SketchUp/3ds Max/AutoCAD/V-Ray/Lumion are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D design/rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion or similar tools.
• Own equipment capable of handling 3D modeling and rendering work.
• Access to licensed software/tools required for the role.
• Strong understanding of space planning, dimensions, materials, lighting, and basic fabrication considerations.
• Portfolio featuring 3D renders and executed projects, especially retail modules/kiosks/store designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions within deadlines.
• Open to fresh grads/under-grad but with at least some experience.

About the role

Develop 3D visualizations and spatial designs for retail modules, kiosks, event booths, exhibits, and store layouts. Create detailed 3D renders and design presentations based on project requirements, brand guidelines, and available space. Prepare layouts and visual concepts that consider actual dimensions, materials, functionality, customer flow, and fabrication requirements. Coordinate with the team and suppliers/fabricators when needed to help ensure that approved concepts can be properly executed. Handle multiple 3D visualization and spatial design requirements across different brands and projects.

About you

• Strong background in 3D visualization, spatial design, retail design, exhibition/event booth design, or a related field

• Proficient in relevant 3D design and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools

• Has their own equipment capable of handling 3D modeling and rendering work
