Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualization Support Specialist to transform architectural concepts into client-facing visualizations. You will work with Autodesk Revit, Revit modelling, and D5/Lumion to deliver accurate 3D models and renders in line with design references and timelines.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Revit modelling.
• Experience creating client-facing 3D visualizations from Revit models.
• Experience using D5 Render and/or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D rendered interior visualizations from Revit models, finishes packs, drawings, and design references.
• Develop and apply custom 3D materials, finishes, textures, and assets based on sample boards and swatches.
• Model and apply finishes within Revit and prepare models for visualization.
• Create client-facing 3D visualizations and presentations using D5 or similar platforms.
• Interpret 2D drawings, plans, sketches, PDFs, and references and transform them into accurate 3D models.
• Incorporate design feedback and refine outputs with designers.
• Create 3D models and animations based on architectural plans and real-life objects when required.
• Maintain visual accuracy and consistency with the intended design, materials, finishes, and specifications.
• Use Adobe Photoshop for post-production and enhancement of rendered images.
• Deliver visualization outputs according to project timelines and quality standards.

About the role

We are looking for a 3D Visualization Support Specialist who can transform architectural design concepts into high-quality, client-facing 3D visualizations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Autodesk Revit and 3D visualization software, with the ability to interpret 2D drawings, architectural plans, sketches, and real-world references and turn them into accurate and visually appealing 3D models and renders. You will work closely with designers and other team members to develop visualization solutions, incorporate design feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs within project timelines.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Revit modelling and applying finishes.
• Experience creating client-facing 3D visualizations from Revit models.
• Experience using D5 Render and/or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans, drawings, sketches, and design references and translate them into accurate 3D models.
• Thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, particularly for rendering post-production.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, textures, and visual composition.
