Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or any related Engineering discipline.
• Possesses at least five (5) years of managerial experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operator activities, including attendance monitoring, certification tracking, and shift scheduling.
• Accepts and manages customer orders and develops operational plans to meet shipment requirements.
• Coordinates with Maintenance and Process Engineering teams to request support and resolve production or quality-related issues.
• Supports organizational compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental, Health and Safety, and International Automotive Task Force (IATF) requirements.
