You will lead and support a sales team, manage inventory, and work closely with store management to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Job description

1. MERCHANDISE DISPLAY & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed by the approved store visual standards.

2. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Maintains appropriate stock levels in the store.
- Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow-moving items.

3. SHRINKAGE
- Ensures that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
- Ensures accuracy of JDA inventory.
- Minimize store losses and pilferages and recommend possible solutions to arrest such.

4. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server).
• Prepare and submit the required reports on time.

5. OTHERS

• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Minimum Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 years of related work experience
