Qualifications

• 3+ years leading, supervising, or mentoring an operations or support team.
• 9+ years in customer support, operations, or user-facing roles.
• Experience leading teams that support technical products or complex workflows.
• Experience driving quality, productivity, or SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with constructive feedback.
• Proven coaching and professional development support.
• Analytical thinking with root-cause identification.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, structured environment.
• Process-oriented mindset to improve workflows and UX.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ops of a team of Associates, focusing on quality, productivity, and SLAs.
• Set clear expectations, priorities, and performance goals.
• Manage capacity, scheduling, and work allocation for critical workflows.
• Coach associates on troubleshooting, process knowledge, and communication.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and provide feedback.
• Execute performance reviews and address concerns with People team.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and route when needed.
• Partner with global operations and process owners on internal workflows.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps; drive improvements.
• Use data and insights to surface trends, risks, opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and tools.
