Job summary

AIR 21 HOLDINGS, INC. is seeking a security management professional to oversee TAPA FSR/TSR compliance and daily site security operations in the Philippines. The role leads guards and CCTV teams, manages incident reporting, and coordinates audits and CAPA actions to prevent losses.

The candidate will supervise access control, run security drills, and ensure continuous monitoring while coordinating with authorities and maintaining safety standards across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Supply Chain Security Management Experience; Has implemented and maintained Security Management Systems such as TAPA FSR/TSR; and ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001.
• Certified or trained in TAPA FSR/TSR standards (preferred).
• With working experience as one of the leaders of Emergency Response Team, Incident Management, Internal Audit, TAPA Compliance Requirement, CCTV Management, Coordination with Police Authorities, Trained First Aider.

Responsibilities

• TAPA FSR/TSR Operational Execution
• Implement TAPA-compliant security measures such as gate control, truck sealing, visitor access, and dock security.
• Support security audits and surveillance assessments per FSR/TSR protocols.
• Physical Security Supervision
• Supervise guard force activities and ensure post duties are executed properly.
• Verify that access control points, security fencing, lighting, and alarm systems are functioning.
• Conduct random checks to validate security procedures such such truck dispatch protocols and highvalue cargo handling.
• CCTV and Monitoring Compliance
• Ensure CCTV systems are operational and camera points are unobstructed per FSR and TSR layouts.
• Conduct spot playback audits and review incident tagging for accuracy.
• Coordinate with CCTV operators and escalating critical incidents to the Security Lead.
• Incident Management and Reporting
• Document and escape theft, tampering, or unauthorized access.
• Secure evidence, support investigations, and participate in root cause and CAPA reporting.
• Maintain updated incident logs and surveillance snapshots.
• Conduct post briefings, coaching, and evaluations for guards.
• Validate deployment headcount vs. actual and recommend disciplinary actions or redeployments.
• Security Team Management
• Provide weekly reports on guard performance, security gaps, and compliance issues.
• Ensure CCTV coverage complies with FSR and TSR camera point requirements.
• Lead investigations of theft, pilferage, tampering, or any others security breach—generate incident reports and manage CAPA closure.
• Daily enforcement of security protocols at the site
• Supervision of guards and CCTV operators
• Physical inspection and access control execution
• Support for incident response and documentation
• Escalation of audit findings and CAPA tracking
