Responsibilities

Access Control

• Monitor and control entry and exit points at the dressing plant and office.
• Verify identity and purpose of visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Maintain a logbook or electronic records of all entries and exits.
• Conduct routine patrols of the dressing plant, office, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Inspect locks, windows, doors, and gates to ensure they are secure.

Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of fire, chemical spill, or other emergencies.

Asset Protection

• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to sensitive or restricted areas.
• Report any suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or breaches of security policy.
• Ensure proper documentation of any incidents, losses, or damages.

Employee & Visitor Interaction

• Provide directions and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner.
• Ensure all visitors adhere to company safety and dress code protocols, especially in the plant area.

Compliance

• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable.
