Oversee day-to-day security operations across all store branches, warehouses, and corporate offices.
Ensure adequate deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel and security agencies.
Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure strict implementation of access control, visitor management, key control, and emergency response procedures.
Develop strategies to reduce theft, shoplifting, fraud, internal pilferage, and operational losses.
Investigate incidents involving theft, fraud, misconduct, property damage, and security breaches.
Coordinate with Internal Audit and Operations in conducting investigations and implementing preventive measures.
Analyze security incidents and loss trends and recommend long-term corrective actions.
Oversee the effective operation of CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
Ensure regular maintenance, testing, and upgrading of security equipment.
Review CCTV footage during investigations and prepare comprehensive incident reports.
Lead emergency preparedness initiatives including fire safety, evacuation procedures, disaster response, and business continuity support.
Coordinate with government agencies including PNP, BFP, LGUs, and emergency responders.
Act as Incident Commander during major security-related emergencies.
Manage relationships and performance of outsourced security service providers.
Evaluate security agency performance through KPIs, audits, and service level agreements.
Recommend improvements or replacement of service providers when necessary.
Lead, coach, and develop the security team.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training programs to improve competency.
Promote a culture of discipline, vigilance, integrity, and accountability.
Prepare security reports, loss analysis, investigation reports, and executive presentations.
Monitor compliance with company security policies and applicable government regulations.
Ensure timely documentation and reporting of incidents.
