Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Information Security professional to join the Digital & Technology Office as an Individual Contributor on a hybrid work arrangement. You will manage identity and access, monitor security incidents, and support outsourced security services to strengthen our defenses.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of information security experience including security tools and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CISSP, CISM or similar certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access for 3rd party collaborators, business partners and freelancers; report on key metrics across security function.
• Manage user permissions and segregation of duties.
• Review and document perimeter security functions.
• Monitor and contribute to the management of all outsourced security services.
• Monitor and expedite detected security incidents.
• Help review root cause analysis of security incidents and recommend improvements.
• Use analytics to investigate architecture spanning corporate IT systems.
• Work on cross-functional Enterprise Operations Security projects.
• Promote security awareness and education.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage identity and access for 3rd party collaborators, business partners and freelancers Report on key metrics across security function.
• Manage user permissions and segregation of duties.
• Review and document perimeter security functions.
• Monitor and contribute to the management of all outsourced security services.
• Monitor and expedite detected security incident.
• Help review root cause analysis of security incidents and recommend improvements.
• To use consulting and analytic skills and information gathering techniques to investigate logical and physical solution architecture that span corporate IT systems.
• Work on cross-functional Enterprise Operations Security projects.
• Promote security awareness and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in information security, including security tools and solutions.
• CISSP, CISM, or related security certification is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management, user permissions, segregation of duties, perimeter security, outsourced security services, and security incident handling.
• Experience supporting incident investigation, root-cause analysis, escalation, and continuous improvement of security controls is a n advantage.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical teams, stakeholders, and external providers.
• Proactive and accountable, with sound judgment in managing security issues and strengthening security controls.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
