Primary Responsibilities
- Study and analyze all pertinent correspondences, manuals, and publications periodically issued by aircraft and component manufacturers for inclusion in the company’s Aircraft Operations Specifications.
- Study, analyze and issue instructions on optional, recommended, and mandatory inspection and modifications issued by State of Design, CAAP, and component manufacturers to meet implementation targets.
- Evaluate and recommend all vendors’ Technical Specifications proposals for aircraft and avionics equipment.
- Coordinate with aircraft and avionics manufacturers on all observed malfunctions that are not in the approved manual references.
- Evaluate, coordinate, recommend, design, and approve aircraft improvements such as modifications and part upgrades for aircraft systems and components as required.
- Forward annual and unscheduled (non‑incident/accident related) DFDR and CVR data directly to a contracted service provider by the allotted due date.
- Periodically review component fleet reliability to determine optimum protection level and provide recommended spare levels to ensure continuous and undisrupted operation.
- Actively participate in CEB SMS to ensure the highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with applicable safety and security laws, regulations, and standards, and by reporting all accidents, incidents, and hazards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related four‑year course.
- Minimum of four (4) years experience as an Avionics Technical Services Engineer in a CAMO environment, or a Licensed Avionics Mechanic with at least 4 years experience in Technical Services.
- PRC Engineering license and AMOS familiarity is preferred.
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
Experience Range: 4 - 6 years
