Job summary

Qualifications

• Information Security: Understanding of security principles and standards (ISO 27001/2, 27017/18, 22301, 42001) and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Managing customer security inquiries, audits, and security-related contract language.
• Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities across stakeholders.
• People Management: 3+ years leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct security strategy, governance, and operations for RELX/ELS/ REPH/RETS.
• Lead customer security inquiries, audits, and narratives for RFPs.
• Oversee risk management and KPI definition to measure security program effectiveness.
• Maintain and improve public Trust Centre and customer-facing security resources.
