Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with at least 4+ years in information security.
• Experience translating risk findings into actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage customer security inquiries, audits, and security-related contract language.

Responsibilities

• Lead People & Team Leadership, recruiting, coaching, and developing security resources and managing performance.
• Oversee Customer Trust & Engagement, respond to inquiries, coordinate audits, and maintain public Trust Centre resources.
• Drive Risk Management & Governance by defining KPIs and promoting security culture across stakeholders.
• Oversee Security Implementation & Operations, incident and vulnerability management, change control, and continuous improvement.
