Job summary

NTT Philippines Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced InfoSec Manager to lead cybersecurity strategy, operations, risk, and governance. You will protect critical systems and steer security initiatives across cloud, on-prem, and digital assets.

You will oversee SOC/SIEM, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, endpoints, networks, and cloud security, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls. Leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity, information security, security operations, or cyber risk, with leadership experience.
• Experience with SIEM/SOC processes, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, and cloud security.
• Proficiency with security platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Entra ID.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+ (or similar) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise information security and cybersecurity program.
• Oversee SOC/SIEM, incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, endpoint, network, and cloud security.
• Manage technologies including SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, IAM, firewalls, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments, remediation programs, security incidents, audits, and penetration testing.
• Drive security governance and compliance aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.
• Lead security resources, vendors, awareness programs, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
