MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Senior Information Security Manager to lead the Information Security Group and drive the company’s security strategy. Reporting to the VP of IT, you will safeguard data confidentiality, integrity, and availability, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of related work experience, with 7–8 years in Information Security and 5–7 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree or IT-related field required.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, Essential 8).
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CRISC desirable.
• Analytical mindset with leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Information Security Group ensuring high performance.
• Define and update the ISG's service level agreements aligned to business goals.
• Monitor SLA commitments and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Continuously assess security measures against evolving threats.
• Develop incident response plans and lead incident investigations.
• Oversee security awareness training and vendor risk management.
• Prepare for audits and ensure ISO-27001 and PCI-DSS compliance.
